Lifetime Limited Warranty Statement 2012

The Tularosa Group, LLC, hereafter referred to as TTG, warrants most of its E-Clips Surge protection products, for the lifetime of the product to the original retail purchaser. TTG, assumes no risk or liability for the results of the use of products purchased from it, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing: Unsuitability of any product for use in any circuit or assembly.  Purchaser’s rights under this warranty shall consist solely of requiring TTG, to repair or, at TTG’s sole discretion, to replace free of charge, F.O.B. Factory, any defective items received at said factory with a proper RMA# and determined by TTG, to be defective.  The giving of or failure to give any advice or recommendations by TTG, shall not constitute any warranty by or impose any liability on TTG.  The foregoing constitutes the sole and exclusive liability of TTG, AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,  EXPRESSED,IMPLIED OR STATUTORY AS TO THE MERCHANT ABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE SOLD, DESCRITION,QUALITY PRODUCTIVENESS, OR ANY OTHER MATTER.  In no event shall TTG be liable for special or consequential damages or for delay in performance of this warranty. The 120 Volt AC plug in models are excluded from this warranty as are items which are no longer manufactured as stock items, or models which are custom made.
